It's because of styles/all/template/event/overall_header_head_append.htmltried all that - no workie.Maybe try reset cache or I don't know, change css from extension not from style
try CTRL + F5 after changing css
I can change the css in /all so it's no big deal, but this is weird.
It always loads the css from the "all" folder...
