Oh okay. But I can do a normal install - download the zip, unpack, upload all that - have it keep my data but for the rest, presumably, be in exactly the same state as that other one, the good working one?
I'm just thinking it might be the quicker, simpler and better way to go rather than trying to find this mysterious misconfigure wherever it is.
